Matt works closely with clients to manage tax obligations efficiently while removing the administrative burden that often accompanies complex financial affairs. He also supports business clients with budgeting, cashflow and tax planning as part of broader performance and strategy discussions.

Outside of work, Matt spends most of his time with his two daughters or working through projects around the house. He also enjoys tinkering with cars — an activity that can be equally satisfying and frustrating depending on the repair.

Since moving to the Gold Coast from New Zealand, Kahli has been enjoying beach walks, sunrises, Pilates, good coffee, and exploring the best local food spots — often with friends in tow. She’s also a lifelong hockey player and may even bring her gear over from New Zealand once she settles in.

Zara started with Altitude in August 2013 as a Junior Administration Officer. In July 2015, she moved to the Financial Planning team and progressed to become our Senior CSO. Working closely with multiple departments, she helps coordinate key initiatives, improve processes, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the firm. In her spare time, you can find Karen teaching Zumba classes or exploring the great outdoors through camping.
