Rebecca started with Altitude in 2017 as a Graduate Paraplanner and has progressed in her role through to Financial Adviser and becoming our Head of Financial Planning . She enjoys helping the business succeed as well as mentoring the next generation of financial advisers.
She is also passionate about helping people and lifting adviser standards. Rebecca has completed both her Master in Financial Planning as well as has achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® status. CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® is the highest level of professional designation in the financial planning industry and is a standard recognised internationally. CFP® professionals have met extensive training and experience requirements, and commit to the highest ethical standards that require them to put their clients’ interests first.
She is also a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA) and is committed to standing with Australians for a better financial future. She believes better financial advice will influence the financial wellbeing of all Australians and in making meaningful and positive difference to people’s lives.

Meet Your CFC & Accounting Manager:
Matthew Ramsay
Matt is the Accounting Manager at Altitude, supporting executives, business owners and international clients with complex tax and financial matters.
He specialises in clients with larger structures and multi-jurisdictional tax affairs, including residency considerations and the interaction between the Australian tax system and overseas regimes such as those in the United States and United Kingdom.
Matt works closely with clients to manage tax obligations efficiently while removing the administrative burden that often accompanies complex financial affairs. He also supports business clients with budgeting, cashflow and tax planning as part of broader performance and strategy discussions.
Outside of work, Matt spends most of his time with his two daughters or working through projects around the house. He also enjoys tinkering with cars — an activity that can be equally satisfying and frustrating depending on the repair.

Karen is in her sixteenth year as both a Queensland resident and working as an Admin/Client Services Assistant for Accounting firms across Southern Queensland. Hailing from Tasmania, her previous work background was incredibly varied ranging from Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre to Cave Guide.
In her spare time, you can find Karen teaching Zumba classes or exploring the great outdoors through camping.
