Celebrating a New Director!

The next chapter in Altitude’s continued growth brings an exciting announcement as we welcome a new Director, Rebecca Faiers. This is a well-deserved recognition of her outstanding contribution and commitment to excellence.
Rebecca joined Altitude in 2017 as a Graduate Paraplanner after completing her Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at the University of Queensland. Since then, she has demonstrated a strong passion for the profession, progressing through the ranks with dedication and drive. Alongside her career growth, Rebecca completed her Master of Financial Planning at Western Sydney University and achieved her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, the highest level in our profession.
Throughout her time at Altitude, Rebecca has taken on increasing responsibility, moving from Senior Paraplanner to Manager and Head of Financial Planning. In 2025, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer, where she has played a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic direction of the business.
In her role as an adviser Rebecca has been a trusted support for our key clients and has helped improve the advice and service we have provided to these clients and now flowing this through to the rest of the clients in the firm. Rebecca is also adviser to the young executives starting to build their careers and financial independence as we look to the future.
Rebecca has always had a strong focus on both clients and team members, with a passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of advisers. Her leadership, professionalism and integrity make her an invaluable asset to our organisation and now, to our Board of Directors. In her new role, Rebecca will be further involved in shaping the strategic direction of Altitude, while continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and lead our team.
Rebecca’s hard work and dedication have certainly paid off, and we are incredibly proud of her achievements. We look forward to welcoming her as a Director and are excited for the many contributions she will continue to make. Please join us in congratulating Rebecca on this significant milestone.
