Jenn began working as our Helpdesk & ICT Support in Sept 2022. She holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services and Certificate IV in Payroll Administration. Jenn has over a decade of experience in Small Business and IT support. She says her favourite part of her job is supporting users with their technology needs, staying up to date with the latest developments in technology, and the challenges of troubleshooting and finding solutions to new problems. Outside work hours, you can find Jenn playing games, whether it’s on a console, tabletop or in the form of a D&D campaign.
