Tracey’s passion is working with people and organisations to help them unlock their potential and create what is important for them. Her strengths are in assisting organisations and people to identify their specific needs and then tailoring innovative solutions that deliver on those needs.
Tracey has spent over 25 years working with international companies, professional services firms, federal and local government, educational institutions, and community organisations in managerial, contracting, and consulting roles. With a background in business management, performance coaching, organisational development, change management, process design, and project management, Tracey combines specialist knowledge and practical experience to develop clear outcomes for her clients.
Working as a freelance consultant and coach for numerous years, Tracey has joined Altitude to support clients with the implementation of the Balanced Scoreboard as well as other organisational performance initiatives.
